Sarah Jessica Parker (born Sarah Jessica Parker) is an American actress, producer and model. Her fame was based on her character of Carrie Bradshaw in the popular TV show 'Sex and The City'. The show, that ran on HBO for 6 years, has been a huge hit all over the world and won seven Emmy Awards from fifty nominated programs. Parker herself received two Emmys for two different areas for her work on the show. The same character was played by Parker on screen in the movie "Sex and The City.' This was the sequel to the television series. The film was hugely successful commercially. Then came the sequel, "Sex and the City" that also proved to be financially successful. Since her debut, she has also appeared in a variety of other films for instance, 'Honeymoon' in Vegas as well as the film 'Failure to Launch', 'Escape from Planet Earth', and 'All Roads Lead to Rome'. The most recent TV work she has done is her role as a character on the HBO show "Divorce". Alongside acting, Parker has created various brands like the SJP Collection footwear and perfume "Lovely".
